Types of goods that can be assessed
Requests can be assessed for ambient palletised goods, frozen goods and non-food goods.
The sales department checks whether the goods and operation can be handled through COSAL's available workflows.

The start and completion are established separately for every request. Urgent requests can also be assessed, without guaranteeing a timeframe before the context is clarified.

COSAL handles the operations agreed during the commercial discussion.
Storage or onward transport
If storage is required, the period and applicable conditions depend on the goods. Transport can be arranged with or without temperature control, from vans to trucks.
Deliveries can be made throughout Romania.
How this differs from complete logistics services
Complete services are intended for a recurring outsourced logistics flow. On-demand services address a one-off need without a permanent contract.
If the request becomes recurring, the sales department can discuss a separate complete-service setup.
